● The Fuel Supply System
This System is responsible for the storage and delivery of gasoline.
The system consists of a storage tank, electric pump, several filters,
supply and return lines, fuel rail and pressure regulator.
On most newer vehicles, fuel is stored in a plastic tank, and delivered
to fuel rail via a combination of rigid lines and semi-rigid nylon tubing.
The electric pump supplies the rail with more than enough fuel to satisfy
engine requirements.
The pressure regulator varies the fuel pressure according to the specific
engine operating condition and return excess fuel to the tank.

● Regulator Ass'y
▶ Maintaining the pressure in fuel system steadily,
use the remaining fuel from the engine and make
it back into the tank inside as a function.
●Diaphragm Asss'y : It not leak when the fuel is flowed,
also operates up-and-down as the valve opens and closes.
●Spring : It keep valve to maintain elastcity so that can
operate in opening and closing under constant pressure.
●Cover-LWR : Fixed components and a constant pressure
is filled with incoming fuel.
●Cover-UPR : Caulking and regulates pressure of the spring.
●Ball valve : It not leakage.
●seat valve : The fuel passage and not to leak.
●O-ring : Assembly of the fuel filter and not to leak.
● Function of the fuel pump
▶Take the power supply for the motoring and pumping
fuel at motor torque and to transmit pressurize function.
●Armature : Take the DC voltage supply through the
brush to the winding coil current flows by Fleming's
left-hand the laws rotate the armature of the pump
impeller rotates.
●Upper body Ass'y : Supply power to the motor a
maintain pressure on the remaining, and to prevent
overpressure in pump.
●Houssing : Connects and prevent upper Body, motor
and pump, and be smooth the formation of magnetic flux.
●Impeller : It plays a role in pressure pumping the fuel through
its revolution from armature rotation power.
●Cover / Body : It helps fuel flow by forming pumps flowing path.
